When to Have Baby Shower

My due date is Nov. 18, but due to GD they want to induce at 38 weeks. Putting me at a Nov. 4 due date. If this was you when would you aim to have your baby shower? I was thinking the third week/end of Sept. does that seem strange??

I've always heard to do it like a month before your due date/when you're going to deliver. So you can see what all you get and what you may still need to buy. It's up to you though really

I'd say late Sept, early Oct is best. I'm due July 15th and my shower is June 4th

I'm due early june, and had mine early april at 30 weeks. It gave us plenty of time set stuff up and to see what we still needed
