Late?!!

I've been on the nuva ring since last febuary due to emergency ovarian cyst surgery that was the size of a base ball due to having irregular periods that could not come for 8 months at a time since I was started at age 11. Finally since I've been on the run they've been regular for the most part (maybe off by a couple days). Last month I started a week before i was suppose to but I was only light spotting. I never had this before butbit lasted around 5 days. Now this month I havent had one yet. I was suppose to start 3 days ago and i took a pregnancy test the day I was suppose to start to see if i could have a positive but it came back negative. I've been throwing up or nauseous after 90% of my meals. Can anyone help me? Was it to early to test? I wouldnt be on the ring of it wasn't due to the high risk I having my ovary taken next if they were to come back. I want a blessing...I just don't know what to do 😢 It breaks my heart that it's this hard....
