Anyone with Anal experience?

Can anyone share their experiences about anal? I'm a bit worried that anal will mess up my bum hole, and that it'll get stretched out or hurt, etc etc. I just wanted to know about your experiences and if anything changed with your body after you had anal, or if things seemed to be normal still.
