morning sickness 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Recently I've been having the worst morning sickness. Well it's an all day sickness. I e been throwing up acid and clear liquid. I'm always nauseous and now I have acid stuck in my throat. I also started feeling dizzy and weak today. It's so hard for me to eat. I don't know what to do!!!!!
