Weird string thing piece of skin right inside my vagina hole.

This is gonna be weird to talk about but I really want to know if it's kinda common? So the first time I put in a tampon, I was great like it felt fine. But as I was taking it out, I felt sharp pains and I didn't understand what was happening. After 30 minutes of hyperventilating on the toilet thinking a tampon was stuck inside me, I finally found that a piece of my skin, like a loop, is in my vagina hole and it got stuck on my tampon. So I took it off and my tampon came out easily... This then happened again. I'm worried that this is gonna affect me later in life, like will this need surgical removal? I'm 15 and a virgin, and I plan to stay that way for a while, but will this affect me when I have sex? Like when I stick my finger in it, it like still gets caught. It's so weird to explain but I want to know if this happens to anyone else and advice on this odd thing lol.
