diaper size?

My baby will be 2 months on March 31st and she is barely fitting her newborn diapers anymore. The size 1 seem just a little big though but fit better than the newborns. Just curious but does size one mean 1 month or 1 year? Lol

The sizes don't correlate to month or year. Size 1 comes after newborn. Look at the package, it gives weight guidelines. My baby has been wearing size 1 since she was about 6 weeks old.

Yeah diaper size is weight now age. Some babies don't even get to wear newborn diapers! They go straight to 1s I just switched to size ones last week when she was 7 weeks old! And they are also way bigger than the newborns but obviously it's better to have them bigger than way too tight!

Neither, the sizes don't go by age, they go by weight. They also overlap a little so one size might be a little snug and the next size a little big. Go with the bigger one, it will hold more if there's an explosion! Lol.

My little guy born at 11lbs 2.8 oz never wore newborn diapers he used size 1 a month later he moved on to size 2 and  used size 2 for almost 2 months. Now at 16lbs 8oz he is now using size 3 and he is 3 months old.

The size is based on weight. On average, most babies are out of newborn by the second month since they would be about 10lbs

My 11 week old is just entering size 3. She is only 12 lbs but her thighs are big so size 2 is too snug even though it's for 12-18lbs.

Diaper size doesn't go with months or years. They're by weight. If 1s are more comfy on baby then move up. They're 8-14lbs I believe. It we all know babies are buil so different. I switched my daughter about week 6 or 7 weeks. She is now 9'weeks and they fit perfectly.
