so confusing

This past year I've given birth to two sleeping baby boys at 20 weeks because insufficient cervix. I had been talking to my best friend about how we are starting to try again. And this morning my so got a call from her husband his best friend saying they are pregnant. They have a 1.5 year old who is our god daughter. I'm obviously super happy for them but I just feel weird. Just because now I'm scared of getting pregnant because if we are pregnant at the same time then I have complications or god forebid it happen again and her pregnancy goes full term. I'm just nervous
