Period on Clomid

I think I am experiencing the worst cramps of my 28 years of existence. My period is 3 days late, the hpt is negative and i am experiencing excruciating cramps. I was curled up on the couch and it didn't help, I tried taking the kid I babysit for a walk, that didn't help... I'm ready to check into the er for pain meds, I'm literally turning blue in the face I can barely breathe!!!!! Is this normal?!?!
