Vitex
Started Vitex 2 days ago. Very irregular and long cycles since stopping birth control 4 months ago. I don't think I ovulated yet and it's been over 60 days since last AF. Should I ovulate first or have af first after taking Vitex. What was your experience on it if you took it?
