In scared much pain

So I have a yeast infection me and my boyfriend had sex and I went to the restroom and it hurts so bad it's burning it hurts so bad I wanted to throw up I don't even want to move it hurts so bad and it's itchy too. I'm crying from how bad it's burning idk what to do..
