new mom group? online is fine I guess

Hey, I'm due next month. I'm a single first time mother. Been alone my entire pregnancy. I know I'm at risk for PPD and I want to surround myself with a community and support. I live in Tulsa Oklahoma. I haven't found much locally. Just looking for online based support group. I don't really get chat rooms so please suggest a good resource if you of one. Thanks.
