AF due today... Implantation blood or AF on way!? PIC!

I went pee and decided to check my cm with some toilet paper. When I took this out, I saw little blood spots. Could this be implantation or is it to late??? 13dpo.

Or could it be AF on her way. 
Feeling sad 😢
