Helping others

So I don't really know what group to put this on, so I just randomly chose this one. I've been thinking for a while now about starting an organization. I barely commented to my husband about it (he lives in another country and hasn't text back) so I don't really have a lot of money and I know it's costly to start a new one. But I know in the long run with the people I'm helping all over the world it'll so be worth it! Can anyone give me any advice on how to start? Well, honestly I don't really even know what I'm asking for lol. I know who I wanna help, but I can see it in my head I just don't know how to explain it to people.
