when do schedule a 3D/4D ultrasound?

I really want to get the 3D/4D ultrasound when I'm 24 weeks. July 1st. Well I was wondering, people say your baby looks scary at this point in pregnancy and to wait until your 34 and up weeks. I will do it again when I'm further along. Me and my husband just wanted to see our daughter. Advice ladys? There's a place by our house that lets us go in anytime for a ultrasound. Of course you have to pay. And some of there packages include 3D/4D.

My dr said it has to be done between 26-32 weeks.

A lot of places only do it before 32 weeks because the baby gets so big, you can no longer see much. We did ours at 26 weeks - he was measuring 28 weeks- and we got amazing pictures. Don't wait too long because the quality can go down.

No 34 weeks is too far along to do them. Best is between 28 and 30 weeks. The baby is well developed but also isn't squished yet.

I'm getting one done at 25 weeks on June 24th then again July 39th when I'm 30 weeks. I did a really good discount because I've been going there since 2011 with all of my kids. On number 4 now.

Some places will only due a 3D ultrasound 32 weeks or less. I just did mine at 32 weeks. Chunky cheeks and all. They say the more weeks you are the less room that the baby has.
