How do you check for cervical position???

I'm wondering how to know how to check your cervical position. I've read what Glow has to say about how to check for it, but I've been having a hard time determining how to tell when it is "open" and when it is high or low. Anytime I check, it always seems to be high. I do make sure to lay the same way each time I check so that I'm being consistent. Does anyone have any advice on how to easily check? Thanks! 😁
