2 month old hates the car/car seat

My 2 month old has Cried in the car from the start. I keep thinking she will get used to it but it's only getting worse. The second I put the car seat in the car she starts crying. She cries the entire time and gets so upset she holds her breath. Very scary. I've added toys, a mirror. Talking to her, singing to her. Even having sit next to her in the back doesn't help. Driving just stresses me out!
