swaddle?

Question

When baby is here will I need to swaddle him every night for bed? Do people do that or is it dangerous? 
How many swaddles will I need 🤔 I've ordered 3, is that enough 😂

My son never wanted to be swaddled but some babies can't sleep without it. I had about 3 on hand for him and I'll do the same for baby#2.

Some babies love it because it feels like the womb and some hate being constricted! Buy a few and if it doesn't work, at least you didn't spend a ton of money! If they work well, buy a few more! I'd say 6 is a good number to have.

I have 8 of the muslin swaddle blankets for the new baby plus like 6 left from my son. Even after the swaddling phase was over we used them as blankets since they are a great breathable fabric. My son will be 3 soon and he still uses them during the summer.

I say three is a good start, but you may fall in love with them like we did! 😊
