I'm desperate.TMI

I'm going insane. Last week (Monday) i had a little bit of blood (top pic) once. Since then I've had this light brown discharge (second pic) and now only at night usually or random time of the day I get blood blood like I'm gonna start my period (last pic) put a tampon in and then nothing. No BFP no AF no symptoms of anything. I have an appointment on Wednesday to see my gyn but anyone ever go through this before?
