anyone with low lying placenta have any light bleeding?

22 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with low lying placenta two weeks ago but my doctor didn't give me any restrictions. I had a small gush of blood tonight...no pain...still feel my little boy wiggling all around... I did workout tonight a little more intensely than usual but I wasn't lifting any weights more than 8 pounds. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this situation?
