Trying not to get my hopes up!

So I'm only about 7dpo and I've been really crampy, bloated, nauseous, have constant headaches, back ache, tired and sore nipples. I know that some of those could be side effects of Clomid and AF getting ready to make an appearance. I had a miscarriage the week of thanksgiving at 8 weeks. I'm really really hoping this is the beginning of a BFP but trying not to get my hopes up. Have any of you ladies had symptoms like I'm having and gotten a BFP after a miscarriage?
