Help!!!!

So for the past 2 days I've been having mostly unbearable pain in my lower stomach, just tonight it has eased up still getting really sore pains every now and again.. Lastnight while sleeping i was in so much pain. Rn I'm 15w and 6d pregnant and last week my midwife told me if I get pains in my stomach its only due to my uterus. I really don't feel like this is all because of my uterus only because I never felt like this with my first! Could anyone know what this pain means???
