safe to test now?

So i track my period in two different apps, in glow i had to start a week & 3 days ago. In the other app i had to start a week ago. My cm been fading less & less but today i noticed it had a little wet feeling like if i was ovulating. I have no symptoms at all. This past monday i took a first response digital hpt & it was negative, this past Wednesday i took one at my doctor's & it was also negative. If i test now should i get accurate results? It's frustrating that im usually regular & these test keep being negative.
