deep vein thrombosis

So my dr told me 3 years ago I had deep vein thrombosis ( when I was preg with my first) I had to wear compression stockings. Now I'm pregnant again and my veins are hurting and ten times worse then before. Does anyone else have this. What treatment are you getting for it while pregnant. I'm incredibly uncomfortable wearing compression stockings under my clothes that go up to my boobs and especially during summer months.
