Bedtime fo 4 year old and 4 month old

How would you handle bedtime for a 4 year old and 4 month old as an almost single mom. My husband is away for work alternate weeks so i will be all by myself with a full time job pretty soon. My 4 yr old still needs story telling, and me or my husband to lie down beside her to go to sleep. My 4 month old wont sleep with noises around. There is no way i can put them both down at the same time. And even if my 4 month old goes down he would wake up if im not beside him. Please send some suggestions.
