literally any advice

My boyfriend of a year and I decided we could handle different study abroads this summer. He left for his a few weeks before mine and I felt like he was distant before he left so I asked a million times if he was having doubts and he said no. Three days into his trip of 5 weeks he broke up with me via Instagram message and refused to FaceTime me. We work together, have a pet together and we had tickets to Cuba this December. We haven't spoken in 5 days since he ended it and he deleted all of our social media photos. I am crushed and betrayed and I just need to know how to get over this.
