what the?

Okay so Friday around noon I began to have mucus type spotting, not blood but reddish brown mucus for about 3 hours off and on. Then Saturday morning I wake up to blood when I wipe. It's not heavy, but I did go through 3 tampons in 14 hours. I would be 11 dpo today. Could it still be implantation bleeding? I took this because my breasts are SO sore and I've been really tired, which I know are similar to AF but you know! 😅
