Does anyone else feel twinges/aches

Question

Does anyone else feel twinges or aches on one side of the abdomen usually around the time your period is going to start or even at ovulation? I read that if felt constantly on the same side that it could be a bad sign.

I get pulling, twinges, light shooting pain. I've never been pregnant but I'm in the middle of treatment because I don't normally ovulate. I don't have PCOS or endometriosis or anything like that, just don't always ovulate so I'm on Letrozole to help it along.
