update from spotting at 6 weeks 4 days a

Just got home from ER. Spotted once was about size of quarter. Brown blood. Blood HCG levels are over 70,000 and live inuterine pregnancy with heart beat of 133! But because of unexplained "bleeding" even though I told them I only spotted one time they labeled as threatened miscarriage because they have to in anyone under 20 weeks. But I looked it up and threatened miscarriage is only for bleeding other thAm spotting. So other than there dumb diagnosis cuz they didn't know what caused the spotting everything else was very reAssuring. Is that heart rate good for my little baby!?
