Baby #2... Showing already?

I'm in the first 5 weeks and already feel like my belly is out. Is this possible? I know baby is a seed but blah my belly! Disclaimer... I know I was pregnant before I got a positive test... As in I ovulated, had sex, knew it 3 days later lol...

You're probably just bloated. Your uterus hasn't expanded yet. You wouldn't be showing.
