I just dont get it...

Ive had to click "my period is late" twice this cycle... I have mutliple pregnancy symptoms.... My boobs double in size in 2 weeks, nausea, some baby brain l, achey hips and been more hungry lately. .. Took a test friday and today and theyre both negative. .. Feel like i should just give up...
