7 Weeks 4Days the HUNGER
Although I know it's normal to feel hungry I'm just trying to get use to it!! Yesterday me and my hubby went to the gym I did some light exercises treadmill and upper body workouts and some squats!! Before we went that morning I woke up took my prenatals and drunk some water and ate two slices of pizza...... fast forward get back up at 1pm ate a banana drunk another bottle of water went to the gym..... when you work out you can also work up and appetite but when I tell you the hunger I had was so REALLLLL I started crying I was so hungry... we were in our way to get Mexican food and I couldn't take it... the wait driving to get there to pick up the food and get home was taking so long I felt so sick to my stomach I wanted to puke and out of no where I just started crying lmao I felt so embarrassed but he was so understanding and sweet and went and got me some cheese crackers and some more water to hold me over till I could really eat... the emotions and the hunger I have are out of this world and I'm so thankful he understands and is patient with me!!!❤️❤️
