Greasy hair problems?

So I use to be able to get away with washing my hair once a week it literally never got greasy but now for some reason, I wash my hair and not even two days later, I get someone ask me if my hairs wet?! Is this my hormones or does anyone know why this could be?

It is hormones. Try using a dry shampoo. Just spray it in every morning or threw out the day when you start the get greasy. The dry shampoo will absorb the excess oil.  And do not use a clarifying shampoo or conditioner. That will strip out your scalps natural oils causing your hair to go into overdrive by creating more oil. I would recommend pureology hydrate sheer shampoo and conditioner or some type of hydrating shampoo. I know it sounds crazy but your scalp is lacking hydration and is overcompensating by making oil which in turn you have greasy hair.

Ugh my hair is the same way😫 I hate it. Are you maybe using too much shampoo/conditioner? Or using conditioner on your scalp. I used to do this and realized after it was way too late.
