dating, crushes!

I'm 17 right now and I'm crushing on this 19 year old and he's in college and he's from my hometown and we talked to each other last night. I wanna get to know him but since I'm not 18 yet, which I'll be in July that's maybe why he won't go after me. I'm thinking or he's taken but I don't know his relationship status we barely know each other. 😩😂 I wanna get to know him so badly, how so do I?:)
