Either go buy a sterile saline solution at Walmart (it should only contain water and sodium chloride) or use 1/4 teaspoon non-iodized sea salt to 1 cup of boiled water. No more, no less and just soak the ear when the water cools. DO NOT use peroxide, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide or tea tree oil
