Breakouts

Anyone got any recommendations to help me Ive tried loads of face washes and creams ect but nothing seems to work. I break out during my fertile week and then again a couple of days before my periods due. I know its down to hormones and i drink water alot. I buy bulk so never run out (hate tap water). I suffered from acne when i was younger (@12) and its slowly cleared with age (now 22) but i just hate seeing them. With being a beautician, im a bad squeezer too which probably doesnt help. I need something that will help prevent them and help clear the ones i have
