Dry, cracked, and peeling nipples/areola remedy?

I'm 18 weeks 2 days pregnant and I have been using Aquaphor, but now that's not doing anything to help and they've gotten worse than before. They itch really bad also. I've tried not putting anything on them, aveeno, cocoa butter, Vaseline, and a few more, to no avail. So, what do you girls use or know of to help really dry and peeling nipples?
