7 weeks symptoms suddenly gone?

Question

I'm 7 weeks with twins and have had sore boobs, ms and been super tired. But I have noticed I have woken up today with nothing!

Is this normal! Or should I be worried?

I saw both of the babies heartbeats only days ago... and now I'm panicking! These are my rainbow babies after a miscarriage in February!

It happened to me and everything was ok.

With my first pregnancy I had symptoms one day and then not the next then the next day it would hit me again. Then at one point I didn't feel pregnant at all. I carried full term and baby was healthy and happy! I would give it another day or so and then see how you feel. If you feel off then go in to check with the doctor! 😊

I don't want to scare you, but I've read that its ok not feeling sick, it's ok feeling sick, but it's probably not good if you felt sick and all of the sudden it stopped... call your doctor. You are probably totally fine, but call just for a peace of heart!

This happened to me and everything was fine! Also, my symptoms came back a day or two later. I'm sure you're fine!
