14 weeks and sore "lips"

So I'm 14+2 weeks pregnant to be exact and I've notice a kind of like swollen/pressure like feeling in my lips down there... they aren't swollen or painful as such but it's uncomfortable. Just wondering if anyone else has felt this and know if its normal. I'm not bleeding or have any other pain
