My doctor said I could dye my hair whenever I wanted. I got it dyed in the first trimester and have an appointment in a couple weeks as well. 
My hair stylist dyed my hair throughout her entire pregnancy.

You can do it whenever you want. 
It is recommended to wait until after you're out of the first trimester, because your hormones are so wacky it could mess with what color your hair ends up being. But I'm heard a lot of people say they did it before they were out of the first trimester and it turned out just fine.
