midwife or OB anyone ?

I have chosen with my now 3rd Baby due January 23rd to have a midwife .  Partly because of my horrible experience with my last two births at a hospital , and also because with my last birth I didn't have an epidural and know I can take the pain (thanks to the hospital as well). I also noticed my now new midwife can see me frequently and quickly , where as my obgyn said they couldn't see me for a whole month just to confirm the pregnancy .
