Just check with your doctor when you get your blood drawn to see if you need the iron pills. I can't take anything with iron it rips up my stomach so gummies were a life saver. I'm also pretty positive the excess iron I took during my first two pregnancies was the reason I hemorrhaged with them during labor.

Second the iron comment! Gummies can't have iron in them so definitely take an iron supplement too! I couldn't take the OTC prenatals so my OBGYN prescribed Prena1 Pearl soft gels. SO EASY to swallow!! Ask your doctor!

2 a day. and you dont need to take iron amd calcium pills. just make sure you get those in your diet and youll be fine.
