Previous experience with breastfeeding and bottle feeding your baby?

I very much would like to breastfeed and bottle feed (expressed milk) my baby. He's due at the end of June and I've been doing my best to research this and I keep coming up empty handed. Any moms have experience with this and can help give me tips on the best bottle to buy or products to try? Any help is greatly appreciated!

My lo had nipple confusion due to a pacifier. Once he finally latched (at 2 months) I was scared to let him drink out of a bottle then I was given one of these.  They are pricy but the nipple works like nursing it sprays. With my newest I made sure we had a couple.

Get several different bottles to try. Some babies don't care, but some can be really picky. My daughter has happily drank out of any bottle we've given her, but others will only take a specific kind.

Some have no issues switching between bottle and breast, but some do. Some need at least one bottle per day to stay cooperative with bottle feeding.

Find some videos of people introducing bottles to breastfed infants. There are a few different techniques and they can be complicated to explain.

Don't invest in 1 type of bottle because it's trial and error finding the bottle that works best for your baby to switch back and forth from. Also not everyone responds well to a pump so don't get frustrated if you don't get much, especially at first.

I suggest buying one or two bottles from multiple brands.  My baby was breastfed but bottlefed while I was at work.  We went through a bunch of bottles before we found one she'd take.  She ended up taking the avent naturals with no issues.  Also FYI, some babies are picky about temperature. She would not take a cold or room temp bottle. Had to be warmed a bit!  Luckily when we switched to formula later on, that wasn't the case.

What is it you want to know? I used medella pumps and bottles/nipples. I breastfed and also bottle fed with breast milk. My baby had no problem switching between my nipple and the bottle nipples.
