11 weeks tearing pain in my lower abdomen
Every time I sneeze, cough hard, or stretch up high I get this horrible tearing pain. Calling the doc tomorrow but I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar pain. I'm really worried about a hernia as my job requires me to lift, change and care for disabled children. It's a very physical job and not the safest to do while pregnant.
