"Is that it?"

Every time I am at a drive through, I order each item and after everything I say, the drive through employee automatically says "is that it?" and "would that be all?" now why can't people just let me finish?! 😭 Today I just ended up saying YES THAT'S IT because I was tired of saying no. Ugh.
