My boyfriend is hanging out with a girl at 11 at night smoking and idk what else but I'm not sure how I feel about that is that respectful I've never met her I don't even know her name or what she looks is this ok?

That's not right at all. If he's in a serious relationship then no way in hell should he be doing any of that with a girl! If my man did that then believe me I'd tell him to stop what he's doing and if he's not willing to stop then I'll tell him we are over and show him where the door is, I'll open the door for him so he can eff off and never come back again

My boyfriend wouldn't be going out with any girl alone, at anytime of the day if I didn't know her. He knows it would be disrespectful to me and I don't do it to him either. If I was in your position I would have a talk with him about how you feel. If it doesn't bother you then that's okay as well but if it were me he'd learn real quick what's right from wrong.
