I'm so confused !?

Question

So last night me and my SO messed around (I have been off BC for about a month now so I'm waiting for AF. As of right now we're using protection until July)
After we messed around there was some blood as of it was AF kind. Thought maybe it helped it come along .. I had nothing today. And today in the evening we messed around again and there was some , not much. 
If it's not AF then what is it? This has never happened before like that. I've gotten a spot of blood from the roughness but that's about it never more than that.

I also for the first time off BC did the pull out meathod. Not sure what my chances are with that. We don't want to start trying until July when I'm closer to being out of school.

Are you irregular? I was irregular for a bit, and when I had sex with my husband the next day or 2 I spotted. I ended up getting my period a few days later for like a week.

Might just be because you got off your BC, and your body is like heyyy time to clean out our uterus lining!!

I don't have much advice on what that could be without know where in your cycle you are, but if you guys will be ttc in July and would prefer to avoid till then, check out the book "taking charge of your fertility". It will answer a lot of the questions you have, and make your ttc journey so much easier.
