when did you start telling people you are expecting!??

Question for all you moms or soon to be moms! When did you all start telling people that you were/are pregnant? At how many weeks??

I told people too early, and it ended up in a MMC, if I get pregnant again I'm waiting until after my first trimester. I also knew the gender at 10wks told people all that too..My MC was at 11wks5days,which the baby measured at 9wks.  I wish I didn't know the gender either made it that more emotional. I'd wait until your atleast past your first trimester the risk of a MC lessons the more pregnant you are.

It just kinda happened for me because my friend mentioned it in front of a loud mouth gossip girl.. anyways.. I just kinda expected people to know after that. But I'll occasionally tell people if medically necessary or if it came up.. pretty much after 15 weeks

Family i told as soon as i got positive test. Social was different my son i announced when i first heard his heart beat. This baby we found out Dec 16 and announce christmas. So i hadnt had a scan yet but Christmas felt fitting and we did a cute announce with my sons christmas photo and him holding up a chalkboard saying promoted to big brother August 2017. I guess for me I want to celebrate my pregnancies no matter how early especially after being diagnosed with inferitily. With my son i was scared so i waited but after hearing that heart beat you just cant keep it in much longer. This baby i just was so thrilled we were able to do it again i couldnt keep it in too long lol

I told my husband, mum and 2 sisters straight away and that's it, if someone asks me after my 12 week scan i will say yes but I don't think I will announce on Facebook or anything because I'm getting more private the older I get 🙈 I did announce my first pregnancy on Facebook after the 12 week scan though ☺️

I told my babys dad and a couple friends as soon as i found out, a few days later i told my Dad and his girlfriend but promised them not to tell anybody! Because We experienced a miscarrige at 12 weeks (2 months before) ... at 8 weeks + i was in hospital for morning sickness so i called my aunt and told her and at 12 weeks i told the rest of the family. I didnt announce it on facebook until the 20 week scan revealed we were having a baby boy x

Told my husband right away. Told my parents 2 days after. My siblings knew at around 8 weeks. Other people kinda figured after 12 weeks when I looked terrible and sick. I decided not to tell people, besides my family, right away because I suffered a miscarriage prior to this one. And for me the hardest part when I had my miscarriage was having to tell everyone that I miscarried.

We are telling everyone around there 12 week mark, for me reason besides we wanted to just keep it to ourselves and have it be just ours for awhile. We know once we announce it things will get much more chaotic. Hubby's family is huge and we are the first to have a baby.
