Clear, wet discharge??

Hello beautiful community,

My hubby and I have been TTC for 7 months now.

The last 3 days I have noticed a wet patch in my underwear but when I wipe there is no CM? I am in my fertile week and usually have EWCM about this time when I wipe but there is nothing but this weird wet patch? Any ideas? Thanks in advance! X
