pregnant again...

Are any October mummies pregnant again? I'm thinking I might be, we would be totally happy and it's really exciting waiting! But I'm also really nervous 2 babies!! Ha! Ive never had period symptons before and I'm feeling a lot like I did before I found out I was expecting my little boy! I've only just stopped breast feeding , but still have milk he's just not interested , I'm not sure if there's any signs or early pregnant or period symptons that any of you have had once finishing breast feeding? X
