Is Go Karting & Paintball Safe at 6 weeks Pregnant?

Hi all, I have a hen party to attend this week and the plan is for everyone to go to paintball and go karting. I just recently enough found out I'm pregnant, only 6 weeks at the moment but do you think this would be safe? If not I'm happy to watch! Just unsure..

No paintball but go kart all you want! Those things only go up to 40-50 mph. The only thing you want to be mindful of is your breathing/heart rate. If it's one of those legit go karting places where you wear a helmet and all, you'll find yourself breathing harder which can fog up your helmet. Workers tell you that you can open the cover of your helmet to allow better breathing and less fog up but then you're just inhaling all the carbon monoxide on the rank.

Taking a ball to the abdomen even though baby is pretty well protected isn't safe nor are go karts as you can crash. Also as an aside...amusement park rides are never safe during pregnancy.

My doctor cleared me for Disneyland I went on every ride my baby is fine . I also played sports till 26 weeks and I didn't even show until 28+ . I'm sure staying active is great . Paintball iffy I would take a paintball to the stomach for baby sake or nipple for my own sake 😂.

There's lots of no votes because there are risks. But it's not out of the question. You don't want to get shot in the belly by a paintball. Those things hurt and are going with lots of force. But, can you get armor? That would shield you from a direct hit. It's not like your belly is sticking out and can hit stuff. As for go carting. It depends on the carts. I used to go when I was 10, because they were so slow and safe. Some carts are more powerful though. You're going with girls. Are they the kind of girls who will crash into you on purpose? Prob not, and that's not allowed. You all know how to drive, so I don't really see how it's a big deal. If you're super worried, just sit out the first round and see how things go for everyone. It will give you a good gauge as to what would happen with you on the track.

I would definitely not go paint balling.that can be dangerous and if u get shot in ur stomach...ah don't! No idea about go karting.may be fine. Ask ur dr about both?
